Job Description
Ethos Veterinary Health is seeking a dedicated Field Human Resources Manager to support multiple veterinary hospitals in Boulder, CO and the Metro Denver area. This role involves shaping the company culture, developing talent, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with hospital leadership. The position requires in-person, 24/7 support in the Boulder hospital and relies on training for sites in the future.
Requirements
- Experience and Education: Minimum five years of progressive experience in Human Resources positions
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM-CP certification is preferred
- Proactive Problem Solver: Navigate ambiguity with ease
- Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and in-depth knowledge of employment laws
- Significant experience in employee relations, ADA, and FMLA
