Experience in the beverage industry, strong sales and leadership skills, and ability to think strategically

Completed technical vocational training, ideally supplemented by a further education to master or technician, and initial leadership experience from a manufacturing company

Several years of experience in purchasing, negotiation skills, commercial background, and leadership experience (desirable)

Strong, analytical, and empathetic leadership personality with a clear sales DNA, experience in leadership and development of high-performance sales teams, and systematic expansion of customer relationships and market shares

Completed business economics study with a focus in finance/controlling, at least five years of professional experience in a challenging position at a medium-sized company
