As a sales manager, you will take on a central and responsible role in the development, control, and implementation of the sales strategy of our client. You will actively shape the market-oriented orientation of the company and make a significant contribution to sustainable further growth and the achievement of corporate goals.
Requirements
- Development, implementation, and continuous optimization of the national sales strategy in the LEH and specialty trade
- Responsibility for achieving sales, sales, and result targets, as well as for the operational control of all sales-relevant KPIs
- Leadership, motivation, and development of an engaged and powerful sales team
- Control and expansion of existing customer relationships, as well as identification and acquisition of new customers and exploitation of new market potential
- Participation in shaping the price strategy and leadership of contract and price negotiations with key accounts
- Close cooperation with adjacent company departments such as marketing, procurement, logistics, and product development to optimize market handling
- Market and competitive observation, as well as derivation of corresponding strategic measures
- Representation of the company at events, trade fairs, and in branch networks
- Safeguarding an efficient sales organization, as well as further development of processes, systems, and tools in the sales department
