In this operational leadership position, you can expect a diverse task in a modern production environment. You steer the processes on two powerful PET filling lines and ensure that quality, efficiency, and reliability are guaranteed in your shift.

Requirements

• Steering and monitoring all production processes in your shift, including maintenance and shift planning
• Coordination with production and workshop management as well as coordination with parallel shifts and adjacent departments
• Responsibility for personnel and vacation planning in the shift area
• Ensuring material flow and supply with raw and auxiliary materials
• Monitoring equipment performance and initiating optimization measures
• Analysis and rectification of disruptions in close cooperation with relevant interfaces
• Implementation and compliance with quality, hygiene, and occupational safety standards
• Ensuring requirements in the areas of energy, environment, and wastewater
• Documentation of relevant key figures for shift performance
