IT Business Analyst

Euroclear is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join their Group Business Solutions team. The successful candidate will have 3-6 years of experience and a strong understanding of IT delivery, requirements gathering, and solution validation. They will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to design and test solutions that power Euroclear's financial infrastructure.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Proven experience gathering, analyzing, and validating business and functional requirements
• Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical mindset
• Experience in clearing house, settlement, or related post-trade domains
• Comfortable working in structured delivery environments (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or Waterfall)
• Strong proficiency in business analysis techniques: BPMN, UML, Story Mapping, Use Cases
• Understanding of ISO messaging standards (e.g., ISO15022, ISO20022)
• Exposure to testing activities, including functional and user acceptance testing
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and ALM systems
