Requirements
- Higher education level
- At least 5 years of experience in customer service or a comparable position
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (level C1)
- Good project and time management skills
- Organisation-sensitive and adaptable, able to work project-based
- Transparent in decision-making and motivating towards the team
