Customer Service Manager

As Customer Service Manager at Eurofins Food Testing Rotterdam, you lead the customer service departments and ensure that our customers experience the best service. You support your team so they can achieve the best from themselves, both as a person and a professional.

Requirements

• Higher education level
• At least 5 years of experience in customer service or a comparable position
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (level C1)
• Good project and time management skills
• Organisation-sensitive and adaptable, able to work project-based
• Transparent in decision-making and motivating towards the team
