Customer Service Employee | Analytical Service Manager is responsible for ensuring customers experience clarity, speed, and quality. The role involves guiding customers through order registration, analysis plans, and result interpretation, while monitoring order progress and ensuring timely delivery of results.

Requirements

• Completed HBO education
• Affinity with food safety or willingness to learn
• Commercial insight and the ability to translate customer needs into appropriate service delivery
• Proactive, quality-oriented, and able to set priorities well
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in Dutch and English (C1)
