Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking an HR Advisor to support the HR Manager within an organization where trust, flexibility, and personal responsibility are central.

Requirements

• Maintaining HR administration related to in-, out-, and outflow
• Drafting contracts, letters, and managing personnel files
• Processing HR changes in AFAS
• Monitoring assessment and appraisal cycles
• Supporting in absence management and maintaining contact with external parties
• Preparing analyses and reports
• Contributing to the establishment and further development of HR structures
• Identifying and implementing improvements in HR processes and systems
• Serving as a point of contact for employees and management
