Job Description
As an HR Operations Teamlead, you will be the point of contact within the HR Operations department, combining a coordinating role with operational involvement in daily HR processes. You will oversee the workload within the team, support colleagues, and ensure processes run smoothly and according to agreement.
Requirements
- Completed HBO education (HRM or equivalent)
- Experience in HR administration or HR operations
- Experience with coordination, guidance, or point of contact roles
- Service-oriented, communicative, and accurate
- Decision-making, connector, and taking the lead
- Good command of Dutch and English

- Salary range between €4000 - €5000 gross per month
