Job Description
Evergreen Home Loans is searching for a Financial Reporting Manager to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of accounting policies and procedures. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial reporting.
Requirements
- Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive accounting policies and procedures
- Lead tax and technical compliance across all jurisdictions
- Oversee financial reporting and filings
- Manage and enhance accounting systems, reporting tools, KPI dashboards, and automation initiatives
- Coordinate external audits and drive audit readiness
- Collaborate cross-functionally and within Accounting to ensure alignment with business objectives
