Job Description
We're searching for a Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the development and execution of the annual budget, monthly rolling forecasts, and long-range strategic plan. The role plays a pivotal role in advancing Evergreen Home Loan's strategic objectives by leading the financial planning and decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Lead the development and execution of the annual budget, monthly rolling forecasts, and long-range strategic plan
- Drive the evaluation of capital deployment opportunities in AI, new product development, and automation
- Design, implement, and oversee compensation frameworks with governance, audit controls, and ROI measurement
- Develop and maintain a net-branch profitability framework integrating cost allocations, transfer pricing, and capital chargebacks
- Mentor and develop a high-performing FP&A team, fostering career growth and succession planning
