Job Description
The Patient Services Representative at EvergreenHealth serves as a first point of contact for patients, providing excellent customer service and coordinating care. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Keyboarding skills and knowledge of Windows software
