Job Description
HELPLINE is a French company specializing in digital services, with a regular growth rate and 3600 experts operating in France and internationally. We are looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our Lyon office, with a stable management team and a profitable and growing group.
Requirements
- Handle user solicitations via phone, email, chat, portal, and travel to meet users if necessary
- Resolve incidents and handle requests within procedures & rights
- Accompany and train users
- Track each incident and its resolution
- Enrich the knowledge base to share expertise with the team
