HELPLINE is a leading company in the digital services market, accompanying IT directors and professionals in their transformation projects. As an IT Support Technician, you will join our team in Lyon and perform proximity interventions, follow up on incidents, and enrich the knowledge base.
Requirements
- Graduate of a training in computer science (bac+2/3)
- Successful first experience in IT support (remote or proximity) and user assistance
- Working in a team is a source of inspiration
- Real listening, rigor, and adaptability capacities
- Technical and relational skills
