Job Description
We’re seeking a proactive Attorney Recruiting Manager to join our high‐performing team at Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP. The manager will own the full recruitment lifecycle for attorneys across the firm, with emphasis on lateral associates and student recruitment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in a national or international law firm
- Proven success running high‐volume, full‐cycle legal recruiting
- Strong consultative communication skills
- Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft 365
- High discretion handling confidential information
