Job Description
Everstar Agency is hiring an HR Administrator for a private defense company. The HR Administrator will be responsible for pre-boarding candidates, working with HRMS, and cooperating with various departments. The role requires experience in HR, knowledge of HRM systems, and basic personnel management skills.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience working in the field of HR
- Experience using HRM systems (People Force, CleverStaff, etc.)
- Knowledge of the basics of personnel management
- Experience with Excel
- Multitasking skills
- Experience in organizing and implementing internal HR / Admin processes
- Good presentation skills and communicability
- Experience working with 1C (advantageous)
