HRBP

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to create HR policies, set up HR services, and cultivate a culture of interaction for a high-tech manufacturing company in the defense sector.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in HRBP
• Experience in building HR processes and policies in companies with 1000+ employees
• Experience in interacting with top management and influencing business decisions
• Knowledge of personnel record-keeping and C&B
• Understanding of grading, performance management, OKR
• Experience in automating HR or building HR Ops/HR Service
