Director of Lifecycle Marketing

Coffee is a wellness company disrupting the caffeine industry with functional mushrooms, collagen protein, and nootropics. They have seen 50% of Americans metabolize caffeine poorly and are looking for a Director of Lifecycle Marketing to own and scale their customer retention ecosystem, driving engagement, loyalty, and LTV growth.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention (high-growth DTC or CPG environments preferred).
• Proven success designing and scaling multi-channel lifecycle programs.
• Deep experience with Klaviyo, Bubblehouse, and Zaymo.
• Expertise in customer journey mapping, audience segmentation, and lifecycle analytics.
• Strong copy and content instincts.
• Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience partnering with performance marketing, product, and creative teams.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
