Job Description
EVgo is seeking a motivated Staff Accountant to support their GL team, assisting with month-end closing, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and other financial tasks. The role requires efficiency, accuracy, and a flexible work style, and a commitment to sustainability and inclusive practices. Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, the Staff Accountant will be responsible for supporting EVgo's fast charging network and serving a high volume of customer accounts.
Requirements
- Preparation of journal entries during month-end close
- Preparation of balance sheet reconciliations
- Compliance with internal controls and policies
- Ad hoc reporting and special projects
- Assistance with audit requests and inquiries
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
