Job Description
MST is seeking a passionate and courageous Clinical Supervisor for a family therapy program focused on youth involved in criminal activity and their families. The role involves supervising and leading a team of therapists, implementing Multisystemic Therapy (MST), and providing ongoing training and development. Supervision and leadership experience preferred, with backup from agency personnel.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in clinical or counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related subject area.
- LPC, LPC-A, LMFT, LCSW, LMSW, or provisional license with 2 years of fulltime experience in related field.
- Valid Texas driver’s license.
- Criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
