Job Description
The organization is seeking a dedicated and courageous leader to supervise and lead a team of therapists in implementing Multisystemic Therapy (MST). This role involves clinical and administrative supervision, liaison with collaborating agencies, staff development, and program improvement. It's a hands-on position focused on providing mental health services to youth involved in criminal activity and their families. The position requires a deep understanding of MST principles and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- LPC, LPC-A, LMFT, LCSW, LMSW, or a provisional license with 2 years of fulltime experience in related field.
- Master’s Degree in clinical or counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related subject area.
- Licensure as mentioned above
- Valid Texas driver's license and insurable under the agency's insurance.
