VP, Client Value

Evolent partners with health plans and providers to achieve better outcomes for people with most complex and costly health conditions. The company seeks a Vice President, Client Value to lead the effective management of value-based contracts in the Performance Suite. The role requires a leader with a dynamic skill set to drive smooth program implementations, monitor and respond to operational challenges, and formulate a strategic vision.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare, consulting, or client management roles
• Proven track record of delivering measurable value
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence at all organizational levels
• Expertise in interpreting complex data and translating insights into actionable strategies
• Deep understanding of value-based care, health plan operations, and provider partnerships
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
