Job Description
evolv is seeking a talented Consultant (Appian Developer Skillset) to support clients by leveraging Appian BPM platform. The role involves designing, developing, implementing, and supporting applications, integrating with external systems, and contributing to a collaborative and inclusive team environment. The company emphasizes integrity, humility, passion, and drive.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Appian application development.
- Strong understanding of Appian components and core concepts.
- Experience integrating Appian with external systems.
- Working knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Good understanding of BPM and workflow concepts.
- Snowflake experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Appian Certified Associate Developer or higher certification.
- Previous experience in the insurance domain.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Must be willing to travel to client site every two weeks.
- Strong client-facing skills.
