Job Description
Evolving is seeking a Client Account Manager / Project Manager to build client relationships, manage projects, and ensure successful delivery of services. The role requires collaboration with project management and sales teams, and a focus on understanding client needs. The company values teamwork, communication, and continuous learning within a collaborative, family-like culture.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in the account management space
- Proven track record of successfully managing web design and development projects
- Understanding of Evolving Web's services and how to position them
- Excellent communication skills (French & English)
- CRM & project management software experience
- Strong estimation and reporting skills
- Experience with digital best practices
- Experience selling to the US market
- Remote work within Canada
