Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Business Analysis or a related role

• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Ability to develop training and support programs for process implementations
• Knowledge of process engineering and process improvements
• Ability to guide the user in identifying business requirements and user stories
• Highly organized with attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, with a high level of ownership and drive to achieve goals
• Ability to create visual representations of data structures, business processes, and user interfaces
• Proficiency in creating and managing Azure DevOps
