Manager, IT

EVPassport is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to own and execute all aspects of internal IT operations and information security programs. This role will provide direct support to employees, ensure a secure and seamless technology experience, and maintain a strong IT and security posture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in IT management, IT operations, or IT security roles
• Strong understanding of SOC 2, security controls, and audit practices
• Proficiency administering Okta, Google Workspace, and modern SaaS ecosystems
• Experience with macOS, Windows, and MDM tools (Kandji, Jamf, Intune, Mosyle, Meraki)
• Strong troubleshooting skills across networking, identity, devices, and SaaS platforms
• Excellent communication, customer service, and cross-functional collaboration skills
