Requirements

• 5+ years of Oncology related Sales and Marketing experience in Oncology Pharma products and/or molecular diagnostics/IVD
• Proven direct involvement and track record in driving performance and delivering results in a timely and efficient manner
• Leadership qualities, including the ability to attract and retain the best team, foster a culture of high performance, lead with integrity, humility, accountability, and courage
• Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
