Business Development Manager Nordics (w/m/d)

Excelitas Technologies is seeking a Business Development Manager Nordics to lead international sales, business development, and customer management for the Nordic region. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in international sales or business development, preferably in life science, optics, photonics, or high-tech.

Requirements

• Successful completion of technical or business administration studies or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in international sales or business development
• Demonstrable success in new customer acquisition and existing customer management in the Nordic region
• Outstanding customer orientation and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand complex technical products and translate customer requirements into solutions
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with various departments and cultures
