Requirements

• Administrative and project coordination support to Project Managers
• Manage and prioritize complex event planning & trade show coordination
• Collaborate with vendors, shipping teams, graphics designers, and other departments
• Process work orders, submittals, and material requisitions
• Engage with clients via email and phone to maintain and grow client relationships
• Train on and utilize industry-specific project management platforms
• Assist in developing bids, proposals, and processing orders
