Exhibit Pros is seeking experienced Show Site Leads to manage the installation and dismantle of trade show exhibits across the U.S. This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and hands-on knowledge of exhibit systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the trade show / exhibit industry
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage crews and labor efficiently under pressure
• Experience working in convention centers and understanding show rules
• Hands-on knowledge of exhibit systems such as beMatrix, Aluvision, Custom builds and modular exhibit structures
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality-driven mindset
