Insurance Consultant

This role involves guiding clients through complex M&A integration programs, leading strategy, collaboration, and ensuring smooth operational harmonization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance sector and a proven ability to deliver measurable impact.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of consulting experience, preferably within a top-tier consulting or advisory firm.
• Proven experience delivering pre- and post-merger integration projects, ideally within insurance or financial services.
• Strong understanding of insurance operations (P&C, Specialty, or Reinsurance) and the associated regulatory landscape.
• Experience managing due diligence, synergy assessment, or integration planning phases of M&A deals.
• Familiarity with digital and data-driven transformation initiatives within insurance.
• Exceptional analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, or Prince2 preferred).
