Insurance Transformation Consultant or Senior Consultant – London Hybrid

As an Insurance Transformation Consultant or Senior Consultant, you will work across business and technology teams to support the design, implementation, and optimisation of key insurance systems.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in an insurer OR consulting environment
• Experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst on transformation programmes
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
• Technology-literate with an interest in large-scale platform delivery
• Exposure to or understanding of Guidewire, Salesforce, ICE, or EIS platforms
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Willingness to travel when required
• Knowledge of pensions or insurance products is an advantage
