Exotec is seeking a Maintenance Performance Engineer to own and improve the performance of their robotic systems. This role involves monitoring site reliability, resolving issues, collaborating with clients, and contributing to product evolution. Requirements
- 5+ years of robotics maintenance experience, ideally in the industrial automation, materials handling, warehousing and/or logistics sectors
- Fluency in Japanese
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
