Job Description
Exotec is seeking a Robotics Maintenance Site Coordinator to lead teams of on-site maintenance technicians at client warehouses in central and eastern Japan. The role involves team management, performance management, preventative maintenance support, data reporting, and client site communication. Requirements
- 6+ years experience in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment
- Fluency in English
- Japanese Level of minimum L2
- Warehouse automation, industrial robotics, materials handling, or logistics knowledge
- Machine and electrical maintenance skills
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills
- Adaptability to fast-paced, everchanging environments
