Job Description
Join EXP as an Archaeological Crew Chief in the Southwest United States. Lead field crews and ensure the quality and integrity of archaeological data collection. Develop safety plans, manage logistics, and contribute to meaningful research and documentation.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Anthropology or Archaeology
- Proven experience in archaeological fieldwork with supervisory or leadership roles
- Proficiency in digital field technology and office software
- Strong understanding of state and federal laws and regulations
- Knowledge of archaeological classification and reconstruction principles
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safety and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
