Job Description
EXP is seeking a Project Manager/Architect to join their Aviation Buildings team in St. Louis, Missouri. The role involves managing the design, production, and coordination of nationwide projects, fostering client communication, and delivering projects within budget and schedule. The company is a team of engineers, architects, designers, scientists, creators, and community professionals focused on innovation and sustainability.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture or Engineering
- Architectural License or Professional Engineer License
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Track record of exceptional performance
- Experience in various project sectors (Aviation, Rail, Federal Govt, Higher Education)
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft suite of products
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
- Ability to utilize financial management software
- Occasional travel
