Job Description
EXP is a collaborative engineering and design firm seeking a Senior Architect/Project Manager for a mission critical role. The role involves overseeing design, coordination with subconsultants, client interactions, and ensuring projects meet technical requirements and deadlines. This position requires strong leadership and project management skills to deliver innovative solutions for the built and natural environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Architecture required
- Detailed knowledge of architectural practice with emphasis client interaction, design development, construction documents
- Working knowledge of specification preparation, building materials, and coordination with construction costs
- Previous experience in construction administration
- Proficiency with AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Revit preferred
- Minimum of 10 years of experience
