Job Description
EXP is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to design complex highway, railway, and transit structures, including bridge, culverts, and retaining walls. The role involves leading design, planning, analysis, construction supervision, and project administration. This position offers an opportunity to work on various projects and contribute to the engineering solutions for built and natural environments.
Requirements
- 10 years progressively responsible relevant experience.
- BS in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- Licensed PE in Georgia.
- Prior experience with complex bridge projects a plus.
- Knowledge of structural analysis software including SAP-CSI, AASHTOWareBrR, LARSA 4D or similar preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of MicroStation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to direct and supervise staff engineers and technicians.
- Strong leadership, project management skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
