Concierge

We are looking for a Part Time Concierge to join our amazing team! The Concierge will provide exceptional service to residents, families, and guests, coordinating services, taking messages, and maintaining the security and organization of the community.

Requirements

• Experience as a Concierge or in a customer service role is preferred
• One to two years of working with seniors is preferred
• Ability to use independent judgement and discretion
• Ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and through pictures
• Ability to exude confidence and patience
• Ability to manage time efficiently
• Ability to operate standard office equipment
• Ability to utilize technology effectively and efficiently
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to think creatively and independently
• Ability to relate to routine operations
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Punctual, neat, clean, and professional appearance
• Ability to work varied schedules
