Concierge (Part Time)

The Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a Concierge to join their team, providing excellent service to residents, families, and guests. This role focuses on enhancing the resident experience by offering support with errands, reservations, and transportation. The company emphasizes creating a positive impact on the lives of residents, their families, and team members.

Requirements

• Experience as a Concierge, or experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• One to two years of working with seniors preferred.
• Demonstrates an ability to use independent judgement and discretion.
• Ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and through pictures.
• Able to exude confidence and patience.
• Ability to manage time efficiently.
• Able to operate standard office equipment.
• Able to utilize technology effectively and efficiently.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to think creatively and independently.
• Able to be punctual, neat, clean, and professional.
• Ability to work varied schedules.
• Able to relate to routine operations.
• Able to work with people in a team setting.
