Concierge (Part Time)

The Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a Concierge to provide excellent service to residents, families, and visitors. The concierge will serve as a liaison between residents and the community, handling requests for services like deliveries, reservations, and transportation. It's a customer service focused role requiring independent judgment and communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience as a Concierge or customer service role is preferred.
• One to two years of working with seniors preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to use independent judgment and discretion.
• Ability to communicate verbally, in writing, and through pictures.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency in office equipment and technology.
• Ability to work varied schedules (weekends, evenings, holidays).
