PRN Wellness Nurse (LPN)

The Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a PRN Wellness Nurse to join their team, offering a dynamic and passionate work environment. This role focuses on providing exceptional resident care, resident safety, and maintaining a positive team environment while contributing to a supportive and compassionate atmosphere. The Nurse is responsible for medication management, documentation, and ensuring resident well-being.

Requirements

• Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license (LVN/LPN preferred)
• Two (2) years’ experience in a senior living environment preferred
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively
• High level of service delivery
• Ability to work varied schedules
• Appearance is neat and clean
