Wellness Nurse (LPN)

The Experience Senior Living Team is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN) to join their dynamic team and empower residents to live fulfilling lives. This role involves both direct care and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for residents and their families, requiring collaboration with various healthcare professionals and the community. Shifts are Wednesday-Saturday 6am-6pm, Friday 6pm-6am, and full-time.

Requirements

• Licensed Vocational Nurse/Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license (LVN/LPN preferred)
• Two (2) years’ experience in a senior living environment preferred
• Basic First Aid and CPR certification
• Effective communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
