As a Principal Marine Engineer, you will lead pre-concept/concept surface & sub-surface vessel design, complex engineering design & analysis tasks, and deliver high quality end to end solutions to our customers and clients.

Requirements

• Apply & continue to develop a breadth of engineering skills, in the discipline of Marine Engineering.
• Lead the development of new business opportunities and generate technical scopes, risk registers and work breakdown structures.
• Lead engineering analyses, technical studies and research & development projects, making use of your knowledge and experience, to deliver high quality end to end solutions to our customers and clients.
• Provide mentoring support, guidance & leadership to aid with the development of our Marine Engineers to grow their technical & behavioural skills, knowledge & experience.
• Investigating and solve complex technical problems in concept, basic and detailed designs.
• Develop and maintain technical procedures, standards, processes, practices, guidelines, and standards.
• Interface directly with our customers and clients, representing our teams to discuss and deliver engineering solutions to complex problems.
