Exponent Energy is seeking a Customer Champion to manage the end-to-end customer lifecycle for both B2C and B2B segments in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role focuses on market share in the city and nation, building relationships with customers, and providing solutions to their problems. It's a customer-centric role requiring proactivity, analytical skills, and a strong communication approach.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience in a customer-facing role within the automotive, mobility, or related technology sectors.
• Proven success in customer advocacy/customer success or after-sales functions.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and regional Indian languages preferred).
