Job Description
The Vice President of Retail, Food & Beverage, and Entertainment will lead the development, execution, and asset management of F&B and entertainment concepts across Extell's portfolio, including residential, hotel, retail, and mixed-use projects.
Requirements
- 6+ years of progressive leadership experience in hospitality, F&B development, or mixed-use real estate.
- Proven record of executing complex F&B and entertainment projects from underwriting through opening.
- Deep understanding of deal structuring, capitalization, legal agreements, and operator relationships.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; experience overseeing project economics and performance metrics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with ability to align internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
