Job Description

They are looking for a People Generalist to lead internal communications, manage people programs, and provide strategic guidance to employees and leaders. The role requires a proactive, solutions-oriented individual with strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of direct HR experience
- Proficiency in HRIS systems
- Bachelor's degree (preferred advanced degree)
- Experience managing People Team Programs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines
