Job Description
Sprinter Health is seeking a People Generalist to support their rapidly growing corporate team. This role involves partnering with leaders across multiple functional areas, improving the employee experience, and driving performance & business growth. It's a hybrid position with a focus on culture and strategy, leveraging experience in diverse workforces across multiple US states.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years as a Generalist
- Experience supporting hourly workforce across multiple US states
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus
