Requirements
- Very good understanding of ServiceNow Platform architecture – minimum 3 years, proven track of product customizations or integrations, implementation, maintenance, experience in project activities as a Developer or Architect.
- previous experience in implementing ITSM, ITOM, Integrated Risk Management (IRM, GRC)
- A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline; supported by experience in a similar technical environment
- Two or more years of ServiceNow technical experience
- Proven experience in JavaScript
- Demonstrate an awareness of Best Practices in the IT industry
- Thorough understanding of ITIL and Agile
- Experience delivering large scale ServiceNow engagements or complex IT engagements
- A customer-focused approach to work, and the ability to support the development of digital platform strategies
- The ability to meet strict deadlines
- The confidence to build lasting relationships and influence senior colleagues and clients from a wide range of backgrounds
