Job Description
We are seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to join our Transformation RealizedTM Consulting practice in Nicosia, Cyprus. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and estimating work generated by their team, collaborating with partners and customers, and monitoring project progress. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile project management, scrum, and Agile at Scale methodologies, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Scrum Master (PSM) or any other relevant Agile Project Management, Scrum and/or Agile at Scale certifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical writing and client presentations (Greek and/or English)
- Flexibility in adapting your approach to meet the needs of the client and/or your team(s)
- Proven track record of delivering products that are digital solutions with a user-first mindset
- Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments
- Knowledge and experience in support tools for agile methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
- Proficiency in one or more of the following competencies:
- 2+ years’ experience working as a Delivery Manager in an Agile environment, Agile Project Manager or Scrum Master for multiple teams
- Experience as an Agile coach
- Consolidated knowledge and application of agile methodologies (e.g., Scum, Kanban) as well as Agile at Scale methodologies (e.g., SAFe, Agile at Spotify, LeSS, Scrum of Scums)
- Knowledge and experience in identifying and applying OKRs
